High in the rugged mountains of Chiapas, southern Mexico, this coffee is grown in one of the country's most celebrated coffee-producing regions at elevations of 1,500–1,850 MASL. Sourced from Agropecuaria de los Altos de Chiapas, this lot represents a partnership that has flourished over many years. As one of the largest cooperatives within the Café Nayal network, the cooperative brings together more than 1,320 smallholder farmers across 61 communities and 13 municipalities, collectively caring for over 2,200 hectares of coffee farmland
