Located in the western highlands of Honduras, this coffee is grown in the renowned Ocotepeque region by members of APROCASAM (Asociación de Productores de Café San Marcos). The cooperative supports its members in improving coffee quality through sustainable farming and better access to international markets.
This is a beautifully balanced coffee that reflects the unique growing conditions of Ocotepeque. Expect a smooth, well-rounded cup with notes of chocolate, roasted nuts, and tropical fruit, complemented by delicate acidity and a clean, lingering finish
