Yirgacheffe is not only home to some of the most highly sought-after coffees in the world, but it’s also the birthplace of Arabica! Arabica coffee plants grew wild and flourished in Yirgacheffe before it grew anywhere else in the world. Washed coffee from this district is so well-known and sought-after that Yirgacheffe itself is considered its own micro-region.
This exquisite coffee has a delicate and aromatic profile with a light floral cup and slightly citrusy nuance. Notes of ripe peach add smooth and sweet depth.
